Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp cook diced bacon
  • 1 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp diced onion
  • 1 tsp pepper of choice diced
  • 1 tsp tomato diced
  • 1/2 tsp salted butter

Equipment

  • 1 non-stick frying pan
  • 1 egg turner spatula
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 small bowl

Method
 

  1. Dice bacon, onion, tomato and pepper
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste

  3. Place whisked eggs in non-stick frying pan and cook until the edges of the eggs are forming

  4. Add ingredients to the center of the egg
